The Business Mission to the United States of America aims to:
- Provide participants with information about the market and the specificities of the sector;
- Identify potential business partners with the profile desired by the participants;
- Promoting and scheduling B2B meetings, promoting face-to-face meetings;
- Supporting the assessment of conditions for establishing business in the market.
In preparation for the mission, a series of actions will be carried out to boost the success of the mission, namely:
- A meeting was held with each participant to gather information, set specific objectives and define the type of contacts to be approached;
- Creation of a database with relevant contacts for participants;
- Making contacts to promote companies on the market;
- Encouraging the scheduling of meetings (2 to 3 per participating company);
- Preparing the trip to the market by characterizing the US entities and defining the program and meeting agendas;
During the Mission, we foresee:
- Regular updates on developments during the approach;
- Coordination and physical monitoring of the mission;
- Support for communication and negotiation between the parties;
- Individualized follow-ups with US entities to assess their interest in doing business with the companies they met.
